The division of Ingemetal, of aluminum carpentry and curtain walls, specialized in building envelopes, has been awarded a contract in Mauritania that strengthens its international presence.
The project is the new headquarters of SNIM (Societé Nationale Industrielle et Miniere) that Elecnor develops as a builder and that for it has entrusted the envelope of the building to the team of Ingemetal | Norvental, which will deal both with the design, manufacture and assembly of the envelope that essentially consists of a curtain wall formed by a structure of aluminum profiles, according to the strengths required in the project, which support a double glazing With high performance treatment, for solar control and thermal insulation. All of them represent typical techniques for this type of buildings, in addition to the door, window and railings joinery.
Norvental, specializing in envelopes, bases its success on the vertical integration of the entire engineering, manufacturing and assembly process, making it a benchmark in the sector. Its work areas cover curtain walls, light facades, as well as windows and glazing.
Recently Norvental has completed some emblematic works such as the enclosures of the VIP area of the San Mames stadium in Bilbao, the envelope with the curtain wall of La Florida MARKET in Hospitalet de Llobregat or the IBERESPACIO building in Madrid, among others.
